We begin with a full physical performed by a board certified medical professional, complete laboratory analysis, and implementation of an individualized weight loss plan. We have several nutraceutical options to assist with weight loss and also prescription medications when necessary. We exercise the utmost caution to ensure a safe, healthy weight loss. A thorough cardiac assessment is performed before embarking on an individualized weight loss plan.
All options to assist with weight loss should be used in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise. We encourage all weight loss clients to continue a relationship with their primary care physician.
When it comes to weight loss, there is no magic pill and there are no short cuts. Weight loss is a journey, not a destination and we are going on this journey with you. From your initial consultation all the way to the final maintenance stage, we will be cheering you on and providing you with the tools you need to be successful. Some of these tools may include pharmaceuticals, hormonal therapies, thyroid treatment, nutraceuticals, or injectables.
Infrared Body Wraps last for one hour and may have many benefits such as:
• Increases circulation
• Soothes sore muscles
• Reduces arthritis pain
• Detoxifies skin
• Relieves pain from fibromyalgia
• Rid the body of excess water weight
At the beginning of your first visit you will be given paperwork to read over and sign. A team member will then take you to a private room and instruct you on the use of the wrap. You should remove any metal body jewelry at this time. A team member will check on you through out your session and will provide you with water and adjust the temperature as needed. Your session may be ended early if you become too hot. As your body warms you will begin to perspire. The amount of perspiration will vary for everyone. Once your session is over, you may change your clothes and leave. You should continue to hydrate throughout the rest of the day.
Infrared Body Wraps are not recommended if you:
• Are Pregnant
• Have Diabetes
• Have Multiple Sclerosis
